- The item must be returned within 14 days after the return request is approved

All FineHands Art products are handcrafted. Minor variations in color, texture, shape, or finish are natural characteristics of handmade items and are not considered defects.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or personalized items
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or discounted items
- Items damaged due to improper use or care
- Returns sent without prior authorization

- Clear photos showing the item’s condition
Once your request is approved, we will send you the return address and detailed instructions.
Please do not send items back without authorization.
